Hello,
Got the Double whammy!

Frigidaire side by side MDL# FRS267RG.

Stopped making ice
Will not dispense water

There is water in the filter cup that is located in the inside back of the unit.
The main valve to the unit is on.
The ice maker arm is in the down position.
Freezer temp is good.

I can hear the pump but will not dispense water. The unit stopped making ice first. than stopped dispensing water. The water dispenser would take a few min. but it would work, now nothing.

The unit has two lines going to the water filter and one line going to the ice maker.

Check the fill valve at the back of the fridge.

It has two solenoid on it one is for the ice maker and the other for the dispenser.

Can you please verify your model number.

It should be on a tag in the fridge section with the serial number.

When was the last time you changed your filter? Especially in the summer algae plugs them up like crazy you cant always trust how long they say they last.
