Default Stopped making ice
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: ed5phexrtoo
Age: 1 - 4 years

Took front cover off to expose module and white wheel that says Do Not Rotate Manually fell off. Plastic pins that hold it firm to face of module have broken. Do I have to replace entire module?

Yes you have to replace the front part of the ice maker.

Can you please supply the model number to your fridge?

It is located in the fridge section of the fridge on a tag with the serial number.

Here is the part that you will have to replace.

Make sure that you check the ice maker over and make sure that the ejector arm is moving freely.
