The only fix is to replace the fan.

It is number 610 on the freezer breakdown.

Might want to replace evaporator fan as soon as possible, they tend to blow out mother boards! This is a dc motor with frequency controlled by mother board. Possible your mother board is allready bad, sending erratic frequencies to fan motor.
