Question Shelf supports in maytag broke off help!
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MZD2766GE*
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi I have a side by side refrigerator and the shelf supports broke off on the left side and mostly all on the right side. I couldn't find a part number to match the model number. Most places add another letter at the end of my model number MZD2766GE with mine thereis an asterisk* after the model number not a letter. Which parts do I need? the back supports are glued in it looks like and there is foam on the door behind where the support should be. How do I put in the new supports in the back? The front ones are screwed in. thanks, Eugenia

Hi,

Did you get your model number from the model/serial number tag inside the refrigerator?

Dont' take the model number from the book.

Default broke support for chees drawer mzd2766ge

Hi I have the same issue. My support on the left side broke and the right side is failing. My wife spent a good amount of time on the phone with Maytag and they sent out the wrong part to fix it. I have not been able to find the correct parts. If you do please let me know and i will do the same.

Yes this looks like it could work. Are you aware of the weight limits? Are they the same as the peg that broke?
