the bottom of my refrigerator is not getting cold, but my freezer at the top is still getting cold. This refrigerator was new in 1997, it's a Sears Roper model # RT18DKAWO. I would like to know the name of the part I need to fix this appliance. Thanks

Measure the freezer temperature, then remove back panel of freezer and post what you measure and see.
