Do you have access to samsung parts? Mine is almost two years old. Last year (one month out of warranty) it quit completely. I got run in circles trying to get repair, got a guy the second day. He needed a circuit board (took 3 days to get it).
When he came with the part, we both smelled that it was burned. He put the original one back and it works fine (???) I am uneasy about their response and support and I really don't understand why we need a computer to run it. (Whatever happened to simple, dependable thermostats?)
Anyway, I'd feel better if I knew i could find this board myself, if needed.
