Sheila, I'm having the same problem. My fridge is running but the same symptoms persist. The fan at the back/bottom next to the compressor is running & if I turn the small button on the timer it will shut off/on as I turn it. Since the defrost timer seems to be working, what else should I check? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
