Hello, I have a side by side Kirkland Signature (made by Whirpool). Recently the fridge compartment and top half of the freezer side stop getting cold. Lower half freezer side is still cold. I can hear what sounds like compressor running but no fan. I took off the cover plate in the freezer side and confirmed that regardless of what temp you set the fridge or freezer to the fan wont come on. Suggestions? thanks

If you have a meter you can check to see if you are getting voltage to the motor.

If you have voltage to the motor the motor is faulty.
