Default Replacment termostat has one less termianl
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 302899
Age: 1 - 4 years
frig freezes no matter what the temp. control is on. odered a cold control termostat, and when it came it had only 2 wire terminals were the orignal had 3. a wire needs to go on the one missing. the part number is 302899.

Can you please supply your model number to your fridge?

What color are the wires you are hooking the the control?
