I am trying to replace the Defrost Timer in a Kitchenaid Side-by-Side. The timer is in the control box located at the top of the refrigerator compartment just inside the door. I removed the visible screws from the Control Box cover, but the cover isn't coming off easily and I'm afraid of breaking it. Does anyone know how to properly remove this cover? There are three screw in the control panel that are shown in the diagram but there may be another one.
