Recently, my refrigerator door doesn't close tightly. We have checked that nothing is blocking the seal of the door. We have found the door will be open slightly unless we hold the door closed. Is this a seal problem? Do we need a new one or is it something else?

Check out your lower door hinge cam. It's plastic and prevents the door from closing tight when worn or broken. I think there are two working together. Check this link for location and digram. Part 25
