My refigerator is a door to door refrigerator. The door on the refrigerator does not close tightly . I have to put a broom between the door and the freezer handle to keep the door closed tightly.
Check to see if the door cam riser is working. It's located on the bottom hinge. Black plastic thing that raised door up when open and assist in closing. With your model number you can probably see a picture of it.
