Well, the main problem is that it just wont dispense ice. This ice maker still makes ice just fine. So u can open it up and get some out, it just wont dispense it. It dispenses water just fine. I noticed it was having problems opening the dispensing door (did not open all the way) and the light was dimmer in the ice settings (crushed or cubed). Plus the auger was not even attempting to rotate. So I disconnected the solenoid and it would then rotate the auger and the light did not dim. But obviously without the solenoid connected it does not open the door to dispense the ice. So I ordered and replaced the solenoid, it did not fix it. No change at all. I then disconnected the light and tried it. The dispensing door then opened all the way, but the auger would not turn. So i decided to replace the front control since it routes power (or at least signal when referring to the auger) to all three items I am having problems with. It also did not fix it. I am an Electrician (but not on refrigerators) and at this point I am pretty much out of ideas due to the fact that I have no access to any wiring diagrams. The parts diagrams only offer so much help. Anyone who has any ideas would be greatly appreciated, cause I am fresh out. Thanks.
