Hi Rob,

I just had the same problem with my frig (Inglis). I found on my frig it was the Bimetal Defrost Thermostate (which regulates when the defrost heater clicks in). Perhaps go in the search area and type in refrigerator warm/freezer ok to get more info. on troubleshooting. Good Luck Barb
