Default Refrigerator running but not cooling
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: GSL25JFPABS
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi everyone,
thank you in advance for your assistance.
GE Refrigerator & freezer are at max temp (9 coldest) , however not cooling properly. Cleaned condensor ( it was durty) . Refr is running but not cooling correctly. Ice cream slowly melting.
Any ideas what should I check next?

Check in the freezer behind the back panel and see if you have a ice build up.

If there is then your fridge is not defrosting.

If the fridge is not defrosting you have a problem with the defrost heater, the defrost bi metal or the control in the fridge section.

Look behind the kick plate at the bottom of the fridge and you will find a test sheet.

If the freezer is not iced up and the compressor is running then it is possible that there is a leak.

In this case you should call for service.
