Default Refrigerator Puddle
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: AD-18 25363894300
Age: 1 - 4 years

I removed the lower 2 drawers of my Kenmore refrigerator to find that a "puddle" of water had accumulated. I soaked it up with towels, replaced the 2 drawers and forgot about it. 2 weeks later, I noticed dripping at the foot of the refrigerator so I removed the lower 2 drawers and again found the puddle.

Does this have anything to do with the temperature settings of the refrigerator and/or freezer? Both are set in mid range so the temperatures of the frezzer and refrigerator sections are both more than adequate.

There are also "humidity" settings levers atop and to the side of each drawer that merely open an oblong gateway to each drawer.

I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.

The drain for the defrost water is plugged up and will need to be cleaned.

The drain cup in your fridge is part of the control housing.

Unplug the fridge.

Remove the two screw in the control housing and lower the housing.

The back section is the drain cup.

Here is a link to the parts of your fridge model 25363894300.
