Default Refrigerator not working; freezer working fine

Model Number: 596.76539500
Age: 1 - 4 years
My refrigerator is not working; the freezer is working fine. I have the freezer on the bottom of the unit. Any suggestions on where to start looking for the problem?

Yes, I want you to open the freezer, and see if you here the fan running? If so then, look in the freezer at the very back wall, and tell me if you see frost on the back wall? If so you have a defrost problem. Do you have a volt/ohm meter. I can be reached at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
