My machine has stopped making ice. I replaced the pump but still has not effect...I could hear the pump working. Even if it makes ice, it is off thin slice like a melting glacier, seems that the water is not freezing fast enough. Help please...

icemaker not making ice. a clicking sound was audible prior to icemaker failure. could my problem possibly be the ice and water valve? i still get water in the door.
