Default Refrigerator not cooling
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 106.8536970
Age: More than 10 years

bought this frigerator from a friend and it has been plugged in for over 12 hours and it still seems warm on the fridge side. Don't have a thermometer to tell you what the temp is but it seems only cool not cold. When i brought it to my house it was on its side for about 20 minutes during delivery in the back of a pick up.

What about the freezer side. It is warm or cold.

Did you leave the frige standing upright for 24 hours before plugging in.

If you are making ice then the frezer is freezing
Give it a couple days

Feel for cold air coming into the fridge side, should be a vent

It is better if you leave a fridge stand upright because it lets any oil that may have got in the lines drain back down
