Verify all fans are running and the compressor is running. Pull the back panel and check frost pattern and post results

Go in the freezer and remove the air tower in the center of the freezer and look in where the fan is and see if it is iced up.

If it is iced up you have a defrosting problem.

You can manually defrost the fridge to get it run but you will have to determine what is causing your problem.

It could be the electronic board, the defrost heater or the defrost bi metal.

If there is no ice on the coils you could have a system leak.

For this you would have to call in a technician.

Here is a link to your fridge model KTRC22EMBL03.

Ninety percent of the time it's the defrost thermostat that's bad.
Measure the freezer temperature ist. If it's near zero after all the coils are defrosted you have no system refrigerant problems.
Cut out and measure the defrost thermostat, the one in the freezer. If open, replace.
