the refrigerator leaks. I found a bunch of water below the crispers at the bottom. Looked for a drain there but none there. I think the defroster drain line is plugged. How do I unplug it.

Look in the fridge section at the back in the middle. You will see a square shaped cup held in with a screw.

Remove the screw and pry the cup out.
