The icemaker has stopped making ice nor does the water flow from the water spigot. We checked the on/off button to make sure it was turned on (it was), checked the water line (water flows freely and plenty of water pressure). Pulled the filter cartridge off inside the refrigerator and checked it. Water drips from the spout that cartridge attaches to. Not sure what else to check for. Can someone suggest anything?

Have you checked the continuity of the water valve at the back of the fridge?

Is the fridge doing any strange like the light dimming on the dispenser when you try to get water or ice?

Does the fan in the freezer speed up and slow down?

There should be a technician sheet either in the kick plate or stuck to the bottom of the fridge in an envelope. This will help you check the fridge.
