Brand: Amana
Age: 5 - 10 years
It works fine, but the outside top freezer area and the sides are hot to the touch. Is it normal?

Your condenser is running hotter than normal. Maybe condenser motor failure or clogged condenser. Just open up the back of fridge and check.
