Default Refrigerator/freezer won't cool
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: gd5phaxms10
Age: 1 - 4 years

We just move and now the refrigerator won't cool. Before loading it on the moving van I completely cleaned it inside and out. When I plug it in i can hear the fan and compressor kick on. The fan seams to be making more noise the usual. I have turned the controls on/off several times. They appear to be working, just not cooling. Can anyone give me a few ideas to go look at?

Thanks
Bill

Maybe during the move the shroud around the fan shifted or wires etc. shifted and are partially blocking the fan. Make sure it's turning freely and the coils under the unit should be warm.

The sealed system problem. Cap tube got oil in it most likely.
