Default Refrigerator and freezer not cooling
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: et1mtkxkt01
Age: 5 - 10 years
fan in freezer (evaporator fan?) and condenser fan run w/ the thermostat on anything other than off but the compressor never even tries to kick on.

what else can I do/test to help diagnose further (if this info isn't enough)?
