Brand: General Electric
Age: 1 - 4 years
The ice maker makes ice but when it drops into the ice bin it then freezes into a big lump. Help!

Check to see if the water overfills the ice mold or keeps leaking slowly dripping into the ice bin. Check the water inlet valve. You may can swap the water dispenser tube with the ice maker tube to see if that causes it to drip in the water dispenser.
