Refrigerator-fans stay running

Age:
More than 10 years
refrigerator temps are fine in freezer(top)and cooler(bottom).The only is freezer fan and fan located on bottom of frig stay running all the time!

Find a thermometer to determine the exact temp in each section. Should be approx 10 and 40 degrees. If it's not reaching this temp it won't turn off. Is the compressor near the fan on the bottom , running .

yes, it works right when the power miser switch is on but is off it stays running.
