I have found the part number of the door seal in my old Amana frig--PS51641 but before I order it can you tell me how to get the old one off and the new one on? Is the job within the capabilities of a reasonably handy man with the proper tools? Thanks.

Remove door and lay flat down on a table and losen all the screws, then just peal off the old and put on the new. Tighten screws and put door back on. You might have to close door firmly and leave overnight with duck tape holding door shut. It should be fine next morning. Good idea to adjust feet till fridg. leans back a bit.
