My refrigerator door, once open, has lost its tension to close unless it is manually closed. I believe whatever spring mechanism or tension in the door needs replacement. What are the specific parts that need to be ordered.

You will likely need a new door hinge cam riser but you will need the last three letters of your model number to get the right color.
