Refrigerator on, but not cold

My refrigerator is on, but there is absolutely no cold air. Freezer completely defrosted, and refrigerator is warm too. Can't get any advice from the Store in which we bought the frig, and I know absolutley nothing about them. Please help.

Your model doesn't have a defrost timer. It has a defrost board. Here's a diagram of your fridge. The part that might be causing the problem is number 12.
