OUR REFRIGERATOR HAS A WHISTLE NOISE TO IT.. I DEFROZED IT AND CLEANED OUT THE BACK OF IT FROM DIRT AND I UNPLUGGED WHILE I WAS DEFROZING IT... CAN YOU PLEASE TELL MY HOW TO MAKE IT FROM WHISTLING, IT IS VERY ANNOYING.. . THANKS

I don't get any results with your model number but here's what other have found.

This is one view on the subject and others point to the control board.

The condensor under your refrigerator was a newer design from GE, it is round shaped with a hollow center, the idea was to be able to cool that area more efficiently. But when the refrigerators are in cut out areas of the kitchen, they tend to pick up a howling noise whenever the fan at the compressor is running. Call GE and have patience, go to a supervisor, but be nice and explain your problem expressing your disappointment and they should send a GE tech out to change the condensor fan motor, the replacement will be quieter, but there is no real solution to eliminate the noise that I am aware of to date.
