Age: More than 10 years

Hello, The freezer works fine , the frig is cool but not cold and food spoils quickly.
Is that the tempature control ? The coils are clean and theres nothing blocking the fan or vent in the freezer.Help! Thank You, Robert

We have the same problem with our Kenmore refrigerator. Our refrigerator is not cooling at all.
