Unhappy Refrigerator
Brand: Gibson
Model Number: RM18F6WMGA
Age: More than 10 years

We have a bottom freezer in this refrigerator and the water is running out of the door. It had been frost free for years.

Can you please verify your model number?

It sound like the drain is plugged and the defrost water is not getting to the drain pan under the fridge.

You will have to take the panel off the inside of the freezer section and clean the drain.
