Refrig. has water

Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: et18umxgwo
Age: 5 - 10 years

We keep getting water in the refrig and some times it freezes on the bottom under the crisper draws any idea what i can do to fix this

Check the drain tube the water drains into after the defrost cycle has melted the frost. It's under coils behind the back panel in the freezer. If it's stopped up the water can't drain and just overflows. The drain tube usually stops up with dust , mold etc under the unit.
