The frig is freezing all the food in the refrigerator and the water in the ice machine freezes to. Do you know the part I need to repair this problem?

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it opens and closes when you adjust the fridge temp. Yours may be stuck open.

The fan in the freezer blows the air to the fridge. If the vent won't close the control board is probably the problem. Part 90 on this diagram. GE Appliance gss25lgmaww Parts List

I have a GE GSS25LGMAWW. The refrigerator section freezes food. I can see damper door move, but it doesn't close all the way. Is it suppose to close all the way? How do you place the refrigerator in factory test mode and select the damper motor test?
