Default Refridgerator leaking water
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 72262100
Age: 1 - 4 years

HELP!!! Water leaks from the fridge somewhere around the top all the way to the kitchen floor. There is a tray in the freezer. Underneath it is solid ice. If I remove the ice, the fridge will not leak for a few days. When it starts leaking again, I notice that the ice is back underneath the freezer tray. The pan underneath the refridgerator is always dry. Please help me.

Thanks,
Matt

It sounds like the drain is plugged.

Take the back panel out of the freezer and clean the drain trough.

Here is a link to the parts of your fridge model 10672262100.

Thank you. The drain was frozen solid. I poured scalding hot water into it until it started coming out of the bottom of the fridge. Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks.
