I want to talk to somebody about trouble shooting my icemaker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It makes ice but don't dump into tray!!!!!!!!!

You may have a faulty bi metal or heater.

This ice maker is electronically operated and you would need to have the test procedures.

Sorry but I do not have them.
