My refrigerator is holding water in the bottom under the vegetable trays. I can't find a drain to see if it is clogged, and needless to say, I can't find my manual. Where is the drain hole?

Look in the freezer on the back near the bottom. You may have to remove the back panel. The drain is probably covered with ice.
