Default Refer warm freezer cold
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 596.72282201
Age: 1 - 4 years

here's the problem. fridge is warm freezer is cold. when i have the freezer closed and the fridge open no or very little warm air blows through the vent. but as soon as i open the freezer cold air blows through the vent.

my kenmore coldspot refridgerator mod:#106.39437990 freezer is working
good and as it should, but my refridgerator is too warm .please wha't up
thanks.

For starters make sure the vent from the freezer to the refrigerator is open. The fresh food knob regulates it. If it's open make sure the evaporator fan in the freezer is blowing cold air to the refrigerator. If everything is ok up to this point ,I would suspect icing up of the evaporator coils. (defective defrost timer or defrost heater or defrost thermostat).
