i have refrigerator samsung refrigerator UP and freezer down ..i want to known for what dont keep cooling the refrigerator and freezer ..all time is warm...the fan motor in both side is fine ...the compressor is fine .the switch both side is fine .the mother board is new one...MY QUESTION IS WHAT PARTS IS BAD ...THANKS ..RAF

If the compressor is running and both the fridge and freezer are warm it is possible that there is a leak in the sealed system.

Take the freezer apart and check the coils.

If there is no frost pattern then there is a leak.
