When you attempt to raise the temp in the firdge see if it closes the damper which blocks the air flow in the vent from the freezer allowing it to get warmer.

What is the temp of the freezer?

Thanks a lot, woodchuck !

No, it's not the temp of the freezer. It's the temp of the refrigerator compartment. The temp is too low. It's too cold and my food become frozen. Just to be sure, 1 is the coldest or the hottest ?

Thanks again !

Josée

Josee, you need to replace the temperture control that is located in the freezer. That is why you are getting frozen veggies. The cold control has lost its calibration. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Thanks everybody !

If I need to replace the temperature control, do you think that someone who has no experience as a tech is able to do it alone ? Where could I find the explanations to replace it ? It is a refrigerator that I bought from someone else and I have never had the guide that usually comes with it.

Thanks again !

Josée
