Disgusting rotten smell coming from under fridge. Fan blows smell into kitchen area. Tried to get to the tray underneath, but can't seem to be able to remove enough barriers to get at tray. Could reach a finger in and found a golden brown gooey substance in tray that is responsible for the smell. How did that get there and how can I get it out???YUK!

I would drag it outside and flush it out with a garden hose. Be carefull not to spray on compressor or any electrical connections. Air dry for a few hrs after this, or use a hair dryer to dry.
