I'm sorry but I could not find any way on the site to post a new message, but my question is identical to the one above except my model number (Kenmore) is 596.57582790. It says the Manufacturer is P1309301WW (???). Can anyone tell my where I might find my drain cup?

Your fridge does not have a drain cup it has a drain trough.

The drain trough is behind the back panel in the freezer section.

Here is a link to the part of your fridge model 596.57582790.
