my samsung rs267lash has the same problem. repair tech said that i need the refrigerator defrost or deice sensor. according to your parts for the refrigerator section i need part 24 or 25 i need to know which is the correct part for the defrost sensor. if you could please indicate which part i would apprecite it.

The sensor would have to be check with a meter to tell which one it the problem.

Number 24 is a thermal fuse and should only open if the defrost heater did not shut off but that is not the case as your fridge is not defrosting.

thanks for the reply does. Is #25 in the diagram that you enclosed the de/ice sensor? thanks.
