my freezer is cold but won't make ice. the fridge is not cooling. the compressor and fan are running. the evaporator fan in the freezer is not running. i'm thinking the evaporator motor is bad. the unit is just a few years old. looking for advice. thanks.

The fridge get its cold from the freezer by way of the evaporator fan blowing the air through a vent which can be adjusted for more or less air. Check the evaporator fan. Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com
