Default Not cold enough
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: TBX21CIZKRWW

A week ago the temperature inside my refrigerator and freezer rose. I have adjusted the temperature to the coldest possible setting but I still can't freeze water. the freezer is cold and the refrigerator is chilly.

I'm unsure how old the unit is because I purchased this home 9 months ago. I would guess it is in the 5-10yr old range.

Any ideas on what the issue may be?

A good place to start is to check the condenser and evaporater fan motors ,in the freezer section and in the back bottom. diagram numbers 613, 651. also check back of freezer (inside) for frost. If there is frost you probably have a defrost problem.

Check for partial frost pattern, if so you have refrigeration problems.
