Freezer and Fridge not cold enough. Slight freeze on the ice trays, all is cold but defrosted. The fridge is cool not cold. The outsides of the unit are hot, not warm. I'm thinking the defrost mode is stuck? Some years ago I had a GE and the defrost switch was in front behind the grate and I was able to trip it with a scerw driver until I got a new switch. This unit is different. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks. Is there a way I can tell if this is what my problem is? Can I troubleshoot the switch?
