Default No Water No Ice
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: TPS24PBDA
Age: 5 - 10 years

Not sure what is wrong. Water being dispensed very slowly through water dispenser and ice maker is no longer making ice. I replaced the filter. Filter seems to be getting plenty of water. Online manual says reservoir could be frozen and need to call for repair.

Check the flow at the water inlet valve where the water comes in to the back of fridge. If it's slow here you may have blockage where the screen filter is before it goes in the water valve. You can disconnect the line and push dispenser switch and watch it. If that flow is ok check it at the bottom of your freezer door just underneath the unit. If it's frozen it can be in the reservoir be hind the crisper's in fridge or it can freeze in the freezer door. You can use a hairdryer to thaw either place.
