Default No Water, no ice
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 10655606400
Age: 1 - 4 years

Kenmore refridgerator will not fill with water and will not make ice. The white knob on the module was broken. Ideas what would cause that and what I should test for ordering new parts?

Thanks for your help!

If the ejection arm was trying to turn and the ice in the mold did not release it may have cause the unit to break.

Check the heater and thermostat.

Here is a link on how to test your ice maker.
