Hi,

Make sure the tube that fills the ice maker from the top is not frozen.

If you can't see that it is frozen remove the line that runs up the back of the refrigerator to the ice maker and try to blow air though it to make sure it's open.

What part of the cycle did you check the voltage, during the fill cycle?

I have never tried to check the voltage during the fill cycle as it would be hard to do.
The fill cycle is only 7 seconds long.

Thanks for the Manual.
I checked voltage randomly at the solenoid. If the system require the water for the icemaker there should be a trigger voltage at solenoid. I didnot see that.

Smile Problem fixed

Well, here is the update how I fixed the Ice maker trouble, thanks for member gave me infos on service manual, it is the main tool leaded me to correct paths to fix this trouble.
* I had a combination 2 devices go bad at the same time :
- Burned up Intergrated circuit chip in the door's sensors ( emitter-receiver ) which cause the water valve not open to flow water to the ice maker.
- Burned up brass heater's terminal in the motor module assembly which cause the ice not dumping to the bucket. ( the module is in the ice maker ).
Total parts is $ 120.
